• Advanced Care Directive and End-Of-Life Planning (To clarify and document your specific decisions and preferences when end of life is approaching.)

• Respite for carers (Temporary support for carers to rest, attend to personal matters or take a much-needed break.)

• Wishes and Preferences Planning (A guided session using signature document to explore your values, priorities and end of life preferences.)

• Death cleaning/decluttering. (Assisting people to sort through, organise and declutter their homes, space and belongings to enable a smoother process for their loved ones after death.)

DURING DEATH

• Vigiling (Offering non-clinical care, emotional support, and advocacy during the final hours or days.)

• Facilitating the Traveller’s ‘preferred death’ (Accidental counselling, support talking to family and friends)

AFTER DEATH

• Eulogy and Obituary Writing

• Family led funerals assistance (Escorting the Traveller to the funeral/ceremony, helping to run the day, etc)

• Assisting with memorial/funeral planning  (Support liaising with providers and helping individuals and families to shape meaningful farewells.)

• Home-based after death body care (Helping the family to keep the body at home, assisting family with cooling and washing the body, shrouding/dressing for funeral, supporting all involved, assisting with paperwork and practicalities, organising transport for your person to their final resting place) $350
